1. Introduction
Welcome to SALAAMUN SALAAM Kids Learning Centre ("we," "our," or "the Centre"). By enrolling your child in our centre, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering your child.
2. Admission
- Eligibility: Enrollment is open to children of all backgrounds, with no discrimination based on race, religion, or socio-economic status.
- Registration: Parents or guardians must complete a registration form and provide all necessary documentation for their child to be considered for admission.
- Acceptance: Admission is subject to the availability of spaces and meeting the age requirements as set by the Centre.
3. Fees and Payment
- Tuition Fees: Parents/guardians are required to pay the applicable tuition fees, which are outlined during the registration process.
- Payment Schedule: Fees must be paid according to the schedule provided. Payments are due on the specified dates to avoid any disruption to the child's education.

4. Code of Conduct
- Behavioral Expectations: Children are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward their peers, educators, and staff.
- Disciplinary Action: The Centre reserves the right to take disciplinary action for any behavior that disrupts the learning environment, including but not limited to verbal or physical aggression, bullying, or continuous disruptive behavior.
- Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s behavior aligns with the Centre’s standards.
5. Health and Safety
- Medical Information: Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date medical information for their child, including allergies and any special needs.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, the Centre will contact the listed emergency contacts and take necessary steps to ensure the child’s safety.
- Illness Policy: Children who are sick should not attend the Centre to prevent spreading illness. A child must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning after being ill.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Data Protection: SALAAMUN SALAAM Kids Learning Centre is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided by parents/guardians and children.
- Photography/Media: The Centre may take photographs or videos of children for educational purposes or promotional materials. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or featured, please notify us in writing.
7. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
- Communication: Parents/guardians are encouraged to maintain open communication with staff to ensure the well-being and academic progress of their child.
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Parents/guardians must ensure that their child is picked up and dropped off at the designated times. The Centre will not be held responsible for children left outside of the designated hours.
8. Suspension and Termination
- Termination by Parents/Guardians: Parents/guardians may withdraw their child from the Centre at any time, subject to the notice period and the applicable fee structure.
- Termination by the Centre: The Centre reserves the right to terminate enrollment for any reason, including failure to comply with the terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, or behavior that disrupts the Centre’s activities.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Indemnity: The Centre is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by the child while attending the Centre, except where such injuries or damages result from the Centre’s negligence or willful misconduct.
- Force Majeure: The Centre is not responsible for delays or interruptions in services caused by external factors such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
10. Amendments
- The Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents/guardians will be informed of any changes in writing. Continued enrollment after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
